Discreet Shipping
Your order is shipped priority express courier next working day delivery via CourierPost Couriers.
Delivery is guaranteed by the next working day from our warehouse across New Zealand.
Rest assured that neither the courier nor anyone associated with the delivery of the parcel is aware of its contents or origin. All packages are simply and discreetly labelled with no reference to FemPlay. The return address on the packaging is not associated with FemPlay. You have nothing to worry about!
The parcel is packaged to prevent discovery of the contents by interpretation (such as trying to feel the packaging). It will arrive in a standard CourierPost Couriers bag.

Stock Policy
Our stock system is simple - if an item is in stock on our website, it is in our warehouse. Once you have placed your online order, it will be picked and packed for immediate delivery.
This policy ensures there are no disappointments in searching for a product and adding it to your cart, only to find its not available - or worse, that its been backordered for a month! It won't happen at Femplay.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Privacy is absolutely paramount and considered by us at all times at Femplay New Zealand. We would never, ever release any personal information including email address, contact details or anything for that matter to a third party. That includes our suppliers, affiliates, third parties or anyone else not employed by Femplay New Zeealand.
What makes Femplay so unique in the online world of adult toy retailing, is that we actually delete your personal information 14 days after the order has shipped. While this is probably overkill and not really neccesary, as your information (such as name and address) could never be discovered by a third party, we like to go this extra step to protect your privacy for the future. This means that 14 days after your order is shipped, our system automatically wipes your personal information with blanks.
The only information about your order that is kept permanently on our system is the first letter of your first name and surname, and the suburb. Of course your actual order details remain intact, because by law we have to keep the invoice for the IRD, but there is nothing to identify the person, email address, or physical address of the order after 14 days.
The downside to this is that when enquriing about your historic order, you may need to reference it using your unique order number. So we recommend keeping your original invoice should you need to contact us about your order at Femplay in the future.
We dont send out unsolicited newsletters, product updates or any other unsolicited emails. Many of our customers use their work email addresses to order online, and they don't want us bombarding them with emails.
Secure Ordering
Throughout the entire ordering process your credit card details and other personal information such as cardholder name are encrypted with 128bits SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protection. No geek in the world has ever successfully broken this level of encryption! There is just no chance of this happening, so order with confidence.
When the Femplay ordering system was designed we were happy with this level of security, but we wanted to go one step further.
Anonymity
No personal details such as your name, email address, delivery address and telephone numbers are retained in our database. What actually happens is that once an order is shipped, all your personal information is securely deleted from our database. There is no record of your purchase, except for your order reference number only known to you. As your email address is also discarded, you will never receive unsolicited emails from us ever again!
Femplay does not require the purchaser to specify their real full name, but for shipping reasons we require a contact name (first name) for the delivery address. You may choose to specify a nickname instead of your real name. However, for order status purposes you will require a real email address to receive your order number. If you prefer to not use your real active email address, you could easily establish an anonymous email address on services such as www.hotmail.com or www.yahoo.com.
In most cases you will use your real credit card to purchase the product. However, we do not store your credit card number in full. Only the first 4 and the last 4 digits are stored in our system. This is used to confirm the card number if we later need to raise a refund. Your card is charged for a moment then all identifying details discarded.

Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or returns for any products purchased. Any returns for faulty or defective products should be made within 30 days of purchase by contacting us via email or telephone, or via the website. Please contact us before returning any items and please be sure to purchase new batteries first as this is normally the cause of the malfunction.
