Removable t-bar finger pump and fexable air tube.The basic penis pump features a hard plastic, transparent, red pump tube with a raised measuring system. To use it, place the tube over the penis and hold the ultra-soft latex sleeve firmly against the body to create a seal. Begin pumping with the t-bar finger pump, if at any time the pressure becomes too much simply release the pressure valve.
Take care not to over pump as this can cause blood vessels in the penis to rupture.

This air control pump I brought is better than the previous Beginner power pump. It has spring loaded suction grip and comes with 1 extra spare sleeve as I found that sleeves broke once every 2-3 months. Another good thing is the grip has screw so it doesn’t get separated. This made this product longer lasting.

I tried the Handsome Up pump and found that although the seals were good quality (and helpfully came in 3 sizes), the bulb doesn't create enough of a vacuum. The Air Control pump has a trigger grip which is much better, and a more flexible hose. It works well but I found myself wishing I could combine the Air Control's trigger pump and hose with the better quality Handsome Up cylinder and seals. In fact after a couple of attempts I switched to the medium size Handsome Up seal which was a great improvement. Unfortunately the Air Control hose is a different size but I may try adapting it so I can use it with the Handsome Up cylinder. The Air Control product is definitely a better performer because of the trigger pump but I'd recommend buying some spare Handsome Up seals to use with it. bikey2
