The Oro simulator consists of a small plastic dome, with a soft rubber sleeve for comfort and a pumping bulb. The penis is inserted into the unit with a generous amount of lubricant, so that the plastic dome covers the head of the penis, and the bulb is pumped. This creates a sucking motion, and the Oro gently slides up and down the shaft. Easy to clean, and quite different from most other sex toys for men.
