She says: the suction level was sufficient without being excessive. Using it did increase sensitivity of my clitoris and enjoyment of subsequent oral sex.
Effectivenes may vary for individuals. You need to experiment with where to apply it, if suction is mostly on the lips it is not so effective so would depend on the individuals genital style - those that are lippy may find it not so effective or require a product with more suction. Suction with vibe was good for getting the juices flowing.
It was fun and we have used it several times and we will use it more.
